HouseValues Launches National Television Advertising Campaign for

Online Real Estate and Mortgage Leader Becomes Just the Second Company to Actively Use Television to Attract Consumers for the Mortgage Industry

(NASDAQ: SOLD), a leader in the online real estate and mortgage category, today announced that it has launched a national television advertising campaign for The Loan Page is just the second national mortgage lead generation service to use television advertising to drive qualified leads to lenders.

The campaign has been specifically developed to drive an accelerated volume of consumers seeking home loans to Consumers can request up to four competitive bids from national lenders for home purchases as well as refinances and home equity lines of credit.

The campaign was created in conjunction with Avenue Films in Seattle, Washington, and includes two core concepts. The "needs" spot highlights the various reasons consumers might take out a loan, such as purchasing a home, lowering credit card debt, making significant home repairs or financing college education. The "competition" spot demonstrates how The Loan Page carefully matches consumers with up to four pre-qualified lenders that best match their needs with the best rate.

The Loan Page now boasts eight of the top 20 lenders in the United States as customers, and with the launch of its television campaign will look to add new partners to its growing network of more than 150 local and national lenders.

Television is part of the company's ongoing strategy to take advantage of the migration of consumers moving online for not only mortgage information, but ultimately to find the right lender and mortgage to meet their specific needs.
