Since the firehouse crew has limited time, meals are delivered quickly, and after a quick photo-op, the staff is on their way back to the hotel within 20 minutes. For Thanksgiving, the firehouse crew will dine on tossed salad with assorted dressings, a variety of lunch rolls, sliced oven-roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, giblet gravy, stuffing, green beans, yams, mashed potatoes and both pumpkin and pecan pies.
