This resource is an effective way to quickly measure the leadership potential of managers, supervisors and individuals alike. The Leadership Index ranks the participants current level of leadership potential against the aggregate findings of other managers and business leaders.

The assessment ranking is based on the leadership competencies and evaluations used to develop the leadership abilities of business students in the Seneca College Leadership Certificate Program.
