IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - May 31, 2016) - Dedicated to providing competitive professional training and skills, the University of California, Irvine Extension today announced a new on-campus boot camp course created specifically for real estate professionals. "How to Dominate in Real Estate Sales"  will introduce attendees to effective methods for increasing sales and learning what is necessary to achieve success in the business of real estate. The one-day course is Saturday, June 25 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PDT at the UC Irvine campus. A free "How to Dominate in Real Estate Sales" webinar will be available on June 8 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PDT for those interested in a preview of the boot camp course.

"In today's highly competitive real estate market, improving your sales skills will set you apart from the competition," said Stephane Muller, director of business programs at UC Irvine Extension. "The much anticipated webinar and boot camp is being led by commercial real estate expert David Mashian, who will provide key takeaways that can instantly help participants increase sales."

The boot camp is specifically designed for individuals seeking improvement in real estate sales. At the end of the day, participating students will have a clear plan for kick starting, accelerating, or redefining their real estate sales business more efficiently. The following are key topics and information that will be covered: How to Add Value, Creating Your Business Plan, Product and Market Focus, Prospecting for Meetings, High Probability Brokerage, Step by Step prospecting Plan, Being a Trusted Advisor, Being Ready, and Closing Techniques.  

Instructor David Mashian has more than 26 years of real estate and entrepreneurial business experience as an accomplished commercial real estate professional. A regular speaker at many real estate industry events and educational courses, Mashian teaches real estate with real life practical applications for greater understanding. After graduating UCLA with a B.S. in Political Science, he developed successful sales primarily in Southern California, and is currently the Senior Vice President at Coldwell Banker Commercial, specializing in Retail Investment Sales. Mashian also instructs the Real Estate Principles course at UC Irvine Extension.

Registration for the boot camp is now open. The early bird discount, available through June 18, is $95. Full priced registration for the course is $125 with a $40 discount for members of the following associations: RCAOC (Realtors Commercial Alliance, Orange County), AIR/Xceligent, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute), Coldwell Banker Commercial, and RIAOC (Realty Investment Association of California).
