The Regulation A Plus Masterclass will give both professional attendees the chance to learn best practices on how to conduct a Regulation A Plus offering for their clients.

"Investment Crowdfunding under Reg A Plus represents the greatest advancement for entrepreneurship in a generation. The smartest capital is crowd capital raised under the rules of Reg A one is smarter than a crowd of loyal customers who are vested in the mission of your brand," said Ron Miller.

Some of the key topics that will be covered include: Critical steps involved in preparing and filing a successful Reg A Plus offering; How to implement strategies investors, developers, broker-dealers and RIA's who have found success in the industry have been using; When to use Reg A Plus and under what circumstances you should not use it; Choosing the right structure -- Tier I or Tier II -- and the type of securities to issue; How Reg A Plus helps fill the gaps between startup/seed capital, venture capital, and IPOs; How do you estimate the total cost of conducting a Reg A Plus offering, including audited financial statements and periodic disclosures; Liquidity options for Reg A Plus securities-venture exchanges and secondary markets.

"Executed correctly, Title IV-Reg A Plus will change the way we start and finance new businesses, creating jobs and increasing access to capital for small businesses and entrepreneurs looking to fund the next big thing," says Creator of GCCB and Producer Ruth E Hedges. "The old Reg A rules have changed for the better and these innovative entrepreneurs will need service providers who are educated in this new offering to be compliant and well-prepared to successfully raise up to $50 million."

This is your chance to establish your company as a go-to resource in the Reg A plus space and meet and learn from the best and brightest companies who already are. GCCB welcomes all interested attorneys and professionals from the financial, brokerage, accounting and consulting fields as well as financial advisors, government officials, as well as platform owners and entrepreneurs looking to use Reg A Plus.

"In the post-JOBS Act world, engaged, knowledgeable, experienced financial professionals can add value as never before. The expertise of a licensed RIA, financial advisor, or rep is the first line of defense -- not only for protecting the client/investor, but also for protecting the enormous potential of these changes to drive growth in the American economy. Billions in fees can be earned by the financial industry, not to mention the trillions in new wealth and GDP growth created by this opportunity," said Steve Sadler.
