HQ Sustainable Maritime Industries to Present at Southwest Securities Conference
SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - January 31, 2008) - HQ Sustainable Maritime Industries, Inc. (AMEX: HQS) ("HQS" or the "Company"), a leader in toxin-free integrated
aquaculture and aquatic product processing with operations in Hainan, PRC,
today announced that the company will make a presentation to investors at
the Southwest Securities Investors Conference at the Hotel Crescent Court
in Dallas, TX on Friday, Feb. 1, 2008.
HQ's president and CEO Norbert Sporns will present an overview of the
company's operations, current market positioning and growth strategies, as
well as its recent achievements, which include certifications from the ACC
and an "organic" rating from the People's Republic of China.
The conference is by invitation only. Attendees represent over $6 billion
in institutional funds, according to event organizers.
