As president, Tate will oversee operations of the entire HR Plus organization.
Tate has more than 30 years of experience in sales and executive management. Prior to joining HR Plus, he served as President of Aperture Consulting Group where he tailored comprehensive solutions to help companies achieve their business objectives and grow shareholder value. Tate also spent eight years in the staffing industry where he served as President of Spherion's Staffing Services Group, and Vice Present and General Manager of Manpower's U.S. Professional Division.
Tate has a business degree from the University of Michigan and completed several management curricula from the Kellogg School of Management and the University of Wisconsin.
