LONDON--(Marketwire - October 9, 2009) - HROA Europe, the leading professional organization focused on the challenge of HR outsourcing, and SharedXpertise, an independent, global membership-based community of business professionals, today announced details of the upcoming 2009 HRO World Summit Europe.
