HT Capital Inc. Changes Name to Asia Packaging Group Inc. and Appoints New Directors


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 12, 2011) - HT Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:HKT) is pleased to announce that at its annual general meeting on July 6th, the Company obtained shareholder approval to change the company name to Asia Packaging Group Inc. ("Asia Packaging") and to add two new directors.

"The name Asia Packaging Group reflects the Company's growing business in the Chinese packaging business," said Wenge Hong, President and CEO. "We are also very pleased to welcome our new directors, Michael Raymont and Robert Wilson. Both of these executives have a unique combination of western capital markets and Chinese business experience which we believe will add significantly to our success."

Michael Raymont has held senior positions in the Federal Government of Canada including President (Deputy Minister level appointment) and VP Technology and Industry Support with the National Research Counsel. Mr. Raymont also has held senior executive positions with a number of telecom and technology companies in Canada and the US. Mr. Raymont is currently Executive Vice President of China Keli Electric Company Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ZKL) and is a director of Access International Education Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AOE). He has many years of business experience working in China, and led several Government missions to China and SE Asia.

Robert Wilson has more than two decades of investment banking and investment management experience. Mr. Wilson's experience in China includes acting as lead underwriter for a number of financings as well as his role as executive vice president and director of Asia Bio-Chem Group (TSX:ABC).
