The Prime Minister of Canada - Rt. Honourable Paul Martin, visited the
University of Regina on March 16th to explore solutions for Canada's
energy needs, and view and discuss technologies that will help Canada
meet its Kyoto commitments. Dr. Raphael Idem (HTC's current project
leader), participated in this forum. The Prime Minister believes this
world leading technology will play a very significant role in helping
Canada and other countries effectively meet their greenhouse gas
reduction targets.

Mr. Lionel Kambeitz - Chairman and CEO of HTC stated, "The Government of
Canada is recognizing the work that is being done at the University of
Regina, to be world leading. Greenhouse gas reduction technologies are
