HTH Worldwide Named One of North America's Fastest Growing Technology Companies in Deloitte's "Technology Fast 500"

RADNOR, PA--(Marketwire - October 23, 2007) - HTH Worldwide, a global specialty health services and insurance company, has been named to Deloitte's prestigious "Technology Fast 500" for North America, ranking 323rd among the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services organizations. Rankings are based on the percentage revenue growth over five years from 2002-2006.

Overall, companies that ranked on the 2007 Technology Fast 500 had growth rates ranging from 253 to 79,060 percent over five years, with an average growth rate of 1,823 percent. To qualify for the Technology Fast 500, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2002 and $5,000,000 in 2006, be headquartered in North America, and own proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes a significant portion of the company's operating revenues.

The Fast 500 ranks the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America. It is compiled from Deloitte's 16 regional North American Fast 50 programs, nominations submitted directly to the Fast 500, and public company database research. In addition to ranking on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500, HTH was named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology firms in the Greater Philadelphia region.

The cornerstone of HTH's technology is its Global Health and Safety Services, including its International Provider Community. Users have access online and via handheld communication devices to search detailed profiles of over 4,000 carefully selected, individually contracted, English-speaking doctors, dentists and behavioral health practitioners in over 180 countries. Users can also translate brand name drugs, medical terms and phrases and view notable healthcare facilities and pharmacy practices in over 600 destinations outside the U.S. HTH administers its growing suite of health plans through an extensive web based platform.

HTH was recently awarded a U.S. patent for its online appointment scheduling process with physicians as well as a patent in Australia for its online health and safety tools. HTH has applications pending in other important jurisdictions around the world and is incorporating these methods into an expanding suite of services available via handheld communication devices now available to its members as HTH Mobile Health(SM).

"We are proud to be honored by Deloitte & Touche LLP as one of the North America Technology Fast 500.
