HTN Inc. Names Michael Power to Board of Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 20, 2007) -


HTN Inc. (TSX VENTURE:HET) ("HTN") today announced that, subject to regulatory approval, its board of directors has elected Kevin "Michael" Power, the Executive Director of eServices at Teranet Inc., to become an independent director of HTN, effective immediately. His term will expire at HTN's 2008 annual meeting of stockholders, at which time all of the company's then-current board members will be eligible for re-election.

"Mr. Power is an outstanding individual who will definitely help further our objective of creating a first-class board," said Gary Babcock, President/CEO and board member of HTN. "Mike has extensive experience in sales management and sales of both subscription and transaction based products and services in the media and consumer industries and he has had wide-ranging interaction with members of the Healthcare community at both a government and LHIN level. He also possesses exceptional judgment and outstanding character and I look forward to his participation on our board."

In his current position at Teranet, Mr. Power is responsible for sales and revenue management of a number of market segments, including the management of the company's eServices' sales team and development of strategies for a number of different sectors including Healthcare, Real Estate, Government, Utilities and Financial. Previously, Mr. Power spent over nine years in various management positions with Intergraph Canada Ltd. and prior to that more than six years developing marketing and sales strategies for Litton Systems Canada Ltd.
