The new program, HS Care, offers customers three options for Kodak on-site and technical support, including:
- HS Care Standard: 8am - 5pm local-time workday telephone support and next business day delivery on replacement parts
- HS Care Silver: 24 x 7 telephone support, next business day delivery on replacement parts and next business day onsite support
- HS Care Gold: 24 x 7 telephone support, replacement part deliveries and onsite support within four business hours
