Hubspan Customers Give B2B Integration Provider an "A" for Customer Service

Mid-Market and Fortune 500 Companies Rate Hubspan's Client Services as Excellent, With an Overall Customer Satisfaction Rate of 95% for the Second Year in a Row

This satisfaction ranking is half a percentage higher than the previous year and continues a consistent trend of high customer satisfaction scores for the company over the past four years.

Nearly 300 respondents from Hubspan's global integration community participated in the survey that highlighted consistently strong satisfaction scores in the areas of quality of communication skills, understanding of customer needs, and responsiveness and follow-through with customers and partners over the past year. Indicative of this satisfaction is the 98 percent customer retention rate Hubspan achieved in 2010.

The vast majority of respondents said their experience with Hubspan was as good as or better than the previous year with a nearly perfect score in service reliability and overall customer satisfaction. Most of the respondents also said they would recommend Hubspan to others.
