Huddle Appoints Andra Marx as Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Americas

Former IntraLinks VP Hired in Response to Rapidly Growing Enterprise Demand for Intelligent Cloud Collaboration

SAN FRANCISCO, CA and LONDON--(Marketwire - Jun 7, 2012) - Huddle, the leader in enterprise content collaboration, today announced the appointment of Andra Marx as vice president of enterprise sales for the Americas. In this role, she will be responsible for the company's strategic and tactical enterprise sales operations in the region, including the management of sales teams from Huddle's newly opened New York City office.

"We are very pleased to welcome Andra to the Huddle executive team to lead our sales operations across the North and South American continents," said Alastair Mitchell, CEO, Huddle. "The addition of Andra strengthens our already exceptional team and with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience and a strong record of delivering results, she will be a great asset as we continue to expand Huddle's global reach. Leading sales from our New York City office will enable Andra and her team to better engage with thousands of enterprise prospects and customers in the U.S., as well as other regional markets."

During her thirteen-year tenure at IntraLinks, a leading SaaS company providing virtual data rooms to manage business-critical information, Andra held leadership roles in sales and marketing and helped drive company revenues from less than $1 million to more than $150 million. As vice president of sales, she was responsible for developing global territory strategies, managing a sales team selling IntraLinks solutions to large corporations and leading a global sales readiness initiative before and after the company's initial public offering (IPO) in 2010. Prior to IntraLinks, Andra held product marketing roles at New York Life Asset Management and Chase Manhattan Bank. She is a graduate of Oberlin College and has an MBA from Columbia University.

Andra is the latest in a number of high profile appointments at Huddle as the company continues to attract high caliber talent from leading enterprise cloud computing companies. Simon O'Kane, a former managing director at Salesforce.com, joined Huddle in late 2011 to drive global enterprise sales.

Huddle announced in May that it completed a $24 million Series C round of funding. The additional capital will help support an expanding workforce across three international offices, including a substantial inside sales team in Huddle's San Francisco office. This will enable the company to continue its rapid growth, which has seen Huddle triple its revenues each year since launch.
