Hudson Extends Diamondiferous Garnet Lake Dike With Recent Drill Results

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 28, 2006) - HUDSON RESOURCES INC. ("Hudson") (TSX VENTURE:HUD) is pleased to announce diamond results from the remaining holes of the 2006 diamond drilling program. Diamonds were recovered in each of the core samples which intersected the Garnet Lake dike. The results extend the diamond-bearing dike easterly 900m and north-easterly 700m from Garnet Lake. These results are significant as they double the extent of the diamond-bearing kimberlite to the east of Garnet Lake. The diamondiferous results from the north-east are from previously untested areas. The Garnet Lake dike has now been shown to be diamond-bearing over a strike length of 900m and remains open to the south, east and north. Additional maps, images and background information are available on Hudson's website at www.hudsonresources.ca.

"These results continue to confirm the size potential and continuity of the Garnet Lake dike as being a significantly diamondiferous body," stated James Tuer, President of Hudson. "The small core samples demonstrate the same coarse diamond distribution that has been found in earlier samples. As well, the core has been garnet-bearing which is a prime identifier of the diamond-bearing kimberlite at Garnet Lake. Furthermore, the 50 tonne sample, which has now been crushed in preparation for diamond recovery at SGS Lakefield Research, displays the same garnet-bearing qualities."

The final 2006 drill hole, 06DS16, that was designed to test a magnetic low located outside the main Garnet Lake dike structure, contained no diamonds in a 7.60kg and a 3.30kg sample of the core.

The samples were processed by the GeoAnalytical Laboratories at the Saskatchewan Research Council ("SRC"), Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, an independent laboratory. SRC GeoAnalytical Laboratories is accredited to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard by the Standards Council of Canada as a testing laboratory for specific tests. Dr. Mark Hutchison, Trigon GeoServices Ltd., was in charge of the collection of the samples in Greenland and managed the chain of custody from the field to the SRC. Dr. John Ferguson reviewed this press release and is a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101.
