Human Arc Announces Management Promotions

CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwire - Jan 19, 2012) - Human Arc, a leader in reimbursement and other revenue enhancement services for hospitals and health plans, announces a number of management promotions to help it prepare for healthcare reform opportunities, streamline costs to deliver optimal savings for clients, and achieve expanded marketing and product development objectives.

Robert W. Glaser is promoted to Senior Executive Vice President, Operations, with responsibility for the financial positions of all the company's Hospital Business groups (Eligibility Enrollment Service, PayerLogic Services and Disproportionate Share Services) as well as the Health Plan Business groups (PremiumAssist Dual Eligibility Outreach and Enrollment Services and Best Benefits disability conversion services). Mr. Glaser has been a Human Arc executive over 17 years.

Jill Spencer is promoted to Executive Vice President, Business Development and Client Relations, with responsibility for new sales, cross-selling, client retention and strategic partnerships for all Human Arc hospital and health plan product groups. Ms. Spencer has been a key management figure at Human Arc for over a decade.

Stephen J. Mullin is promoted to Corporate Director of Marketing and Product Development. He ensures that products and services have compelling and scalable value propositions, and he directs marketing strategies and functions, branding and sales support to that end. Mr. Mullin also directs Human Arc's product development process to ensure that new product and service concepts move efficiently through research and development to successful market launches.

John Smith is promoted to Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement. In this capacity, he has broad responsibilities for developing and driving quality and service improvement initiatives across all company businesses. Mr. Smith has been with Human Arc since 2002 and has served in several key leadership roles.

In other company news, Chris Milligan, Associate Vice President, National Sales, has been elected to serve a two-year term as Region Executive for Region Six of the Healthcare Finance Management Association. In this important trade association role, Mr. Milligan will act as the liaison between the national organization and all its Ohio and Michigan chapters.
