Human Capital Institute Shares 2016 Conference Schedule

Annual Events Explore the Latest Topics and Challenges That Impact Companies' Talent Management Practices

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Sep 9, 2015) - The Human Capital Institute (HCI), the global institution for strategic talent management, today revealed details of its 2016 conference schedule. Throughout the year, the organization produces a number of must-attend events for human capital professionals to gain actionable insight into the most challenging aspects of HR, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and leadership development, global talent management and employee engagement.

In today's rapidly changing business climate, HR professionals need to be able to adapt their talent strategies quickly to continue to attract and retain a workforce that can meet aggressive organizational goals. As one of the fastest growing executive associations, HCI aggregates the world's best thinking on the megatrends that affect businesses and their people management and provides the latest industry insights via a diverse online content library. The organization also delivers cutting-edge thought leadership and real-world case studies through seven thought-provoking conferences each year. Featuring the most progressive executives in human capital, talent and line management as speakers, these conferences are focused on the most critical business and HR topics of today's modern economy.

"Human capital professionals understand that they can't rest on their laurels if they want their organization to not just survive, but thrive, in an ever-shifting talent market," said Carl Rhodes, HCI's chief executive officer. "By seeking out the latest information and best practices for managing talent and sharing those insights through our many conferences, we are helping companies find new ways to succeed. From talent acquisition to succession planning and every topic in between, we leave no stone unturned in our quest for delivering more ideas and more resources to transform talent management practices within today's organizations."

The first HCI conference of 2016, the Workforce Planning and Talent Strategy Conference, will take place at Loew's Atlanta Hotel from February 10-12, 2016. The three-day event will provide professionals with the tools and resources they need to align their business priorities and workforce planning to gain a competitive advantage.
