HumanConcepts Expands Commitment to Customers, Appoints Rana Hobbs New Director of Customer Success

Hobbs' extensive customer relationship background includes more than 15 years of experience with prominent Human Capital Management (HCM) solution providers, including SuccessFactors, Infohrm and IDC.

Hobbs will report to HumanConcepts President Luis Rivera. She will oversee HumanConcepts' Customer Account Management (CAM) group, working closely with Marketing, Sales and Engineering teams to ensure HumanConcepts customers "have the benefit of our entire suite of products and an unparalleled user experience," says Rivera.

As Principal Consultant at SuccessFactors, a leading business execution software solutions provider, Hobbs served as an influential reporting, analytics and planning subject matter expert. She also represented the organization at industry conferences, speaking at HR.com, IHRIM and SHRM. As Senior Director of Services at Infohrm, a leading provider of workforce planning, reporting, and analytics, Hobbs led the North America services team, achieving unprecedented customer engagement and 95% annual customer renewal rates.
