Hunt Mining Grants Stock Options

LIBERTY LAKE, WASHINGTON--(Marketwire - Jan. 28, 2011) - Hunt Mining Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:HMX), announces the granting of 464,735 stock options to purchase common shares at an exercise price of $0.31 per common share to certain directors of the Corporation. The options have a term of five years and shall vest as to 25 percent on date of grant, 25 percent on July 27, 2011, 25 percent on January 27, 2011 and 25 percent on July 27, 2012. The options are granted pursuant to the company's stock option plan.
