Hunt Mining Stock Option Grant

LIBERTY LAKE, WASHINGTON--(Marketwired - May 20, 2016) - Hunt Mining Corp. (the "Corporation" or "Hunt") (TSX VENTURE:HMX) announces the grant of stock options to directors, officers and consultants to purchase a total of 4,000,000 common shares of the Corporation for a period of five (5) years at an exercise price of $0.15 per share effective May 20th, 2016.

These stock options will vest in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Hunt Mining Corp. has continued to develop its properties as an active and aggressive explorer in Santa Cruz since 2006.
