CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Oct. 30, 2014) - Huntington Exploration Inc. ("HEI" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:HEI) announced today that, further to its press releases dated September 17, 2014 and October 14, 2014, the Corporation is continuing its efforts to complete the previously announced non-brokered private placement offering of units ("Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000. The closing of the Unit offering is now expected to occur on or about December 1, 2014, and is subject to regulatory approval, including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
