Hussey Seating Company Launches National POW/MIA Chair of Honor Program

Ceremony to Dedicate Hussey's POW/MIA Chair of Honor to Include Remarks From U.S. Senator Angus S. King, Jr.

NORTH BERWICK, ME--(Marketwired - November 04, 2013) - On Veteran's Day, Monday, November 11th, Hussey Seating Company will kick off its National POW/MIA Chair of Honor Program with a dedication ceremony for Hussey's own POW/MIA Chair of Honor at their North Berwick, Maine headquarters.

CEO Tim Hussey will be leading the ceremony that starts at 11:00am. The dedication will feature remarks from U.S. Senator Angus S. King, Jr. and the founder of the Rolling Thunder®, Inc. "National Chair of Honor" program, Joe D'Entremont, President of Rolling Thunder MA Chapter 1.

Hussey's POW/MIA Chair of Honor will remain perpetually unoccupied in honor of the over 91,000 military service personnel who are or were prisoners of war (POW) or have been declared missing in action (MIA). In addition, Hussey's campus green will turn into a Field of Remembrance for the event, planted with one American flag for every 100 POWs and MIAs and recognizing all the branches of the military from which they hail.

The event will be attended by Hussey's own veterans, in addition to local veterans from the American Legion, Vietnam Veterans of America and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Members of Rolling Thunder chapters from across New England will also be attending.

Media is encouraged to attend this event. Contact Lynette Aucoin at 207-676-0370 or to register to attend or to receive a complete itinerary.
