HVAC Expert Michael Charles Has Officially Accepted a Position on the Corporate Advisory Board of AWE Engineering, Inc.

TUCSON, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 13, 2006 -- Environmental Technologies International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EMTI) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, AWE Engineering, Inc., has officially appointed Michael Charles to its Corporate Advisory Board. This appointment greatly strengthens AWE's Advisory Board and enhances the Company's position and relationships within Florida's large HVAC industry.

Mr. Charles is President of CGM Services Inc., a Tampa, Florida based HVAC services company that has served the Tampa Bay area for nearly thirty years, and which has annual revenues exceeding $10,000,000. CGM Services Inc. is the first distributor to be appointed by AWE Engineering, Inc. and will be working closely with AWE on introducing, and installing, the AWE system in commercial and institutional buildings in the State of Florida.

On accepting a seat on AWE's Advisory Board, Mr. Charles commented, "Having been intimately involved with Thermosyphon Technology previously, and realizing its enormous potential involvement in leading edge HVAC systems, I am delighted to be joining the AWE team and assisting in furthering the Company's plans to bring the AWE technology to the marketplace in pursuit of improved building environments and energy conversation in a major way."

The AWE Technology

The AWE technology represents a quantum leap over conventional building HVAC and energy-management systems, offering the potential to dramatically improve the workplace/living environment while capturing significant savings for commercial building owners/operators. Protected by patents, the technology includes a modification of the ingenious Thermosyphon Heat Transfer Loop developed by NASA and to this day used by NASA to transfer the extreme heat and cold from one part of the space shuttle to another -- virtually instantaneously! Since the NASA patents expired, AWE (Air, Water, and Energy) Engineering Inc. has adapted and modified the technology for commercial use in a wide variety of buildings.

A Potential Multibillion-Dollar Market

The intended use of AWE's proprietary technology in building heating/cooling, energy, and water systems is global in scope, and is estimated to exceed many billions of dollars. In addition, the system also produces pure water for use by building tenants. It is a leading-edge technological advance which, when developed for building-environment control systems, is expected to find broad acceptance owing to the fact that the savings in building maintenance/operations garnered by the system will in fact pay for itself many times over.
