Lenihan has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors. As Founder and CEO of CareGain, a leading technology provider to health plans and third party administrators and business unit of Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), Lenihan brings deep healthcare payer and IT experience to the HxTI Board.

CareGain is also the CDH Solution Partner of America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). He led the company from inception in 2001 until its sale to Fiserv Health in January 2006. Lenihan continues to serve as CEO of what is now an operating company of Fiserv Health, which provides a full array of integrated health plan management, claims processing, and administration services for self-funded medical, dental, vision and disability plans.
