Hybrid Energy's Portfolio Demonstrating 25% Appreciation, Industry Projects 50%+

RENO, NV--(Marketwire - February 26, 2010) -  Hybrid Energy Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HYBE) is pleased to report a 25% increase in its asset valuation and industry projections could see the asset valuation increase by more than 50%.

The Company recently announced the closing of its acquisition of 9 energy properties in and around McAllen, Texas. The acquired operations consistently deliver profitably with strong recurring current and historical cash-flows. This important expansion of the company's portfolio results in 35 Billion Cubic Feet of known reserves was valued at $4 per MCF. Current pricing is above $5, which represents a 25% increase in asset valuations.

As reported by NYMEX, Natural Gas futures through the next twelve months traded at pricing in excess of $6, representing a 50% increase in the valuation of the Company's assets.
