HydroGenetics, Inc. Update: Providing Adequate Current Information to Pink OTC Markets

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - June 23, 2009) - HydroGenetics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HYGN) announced today that it is in the process of providing adequate current information as required by Pink OTC Markets guidelines so that the Company will be listed in the OTC "Current Information" tier. Company CEO, Charles Hansen, stated, "To ensure we are complying with Pink OTC Markets guidelines we have already updated current financial information and are the process of providing additional information that will move the company from the Caveat Emptor tier to the Current Information tier."
