BRANCHBURG, NJ--(Marketwired - Jun 13, 2013) - Hydromer, Inc. (OTC Pink: HYDI) and LATECBA S.A., an Argentinean company, have entered into a Supply and Support Agreement.

Under the terms of this agreement, LATECBA is licensed to use the proprietary Hydromer® hydrophilic coatings on LATECBA's balloon-expandable Endoprostheses delivery systems used with their Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm treatment device.
