i-Mobilize Signs Licensing Agreement With Infinity Entertainment Group

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - February 11, 2010) - Metatron Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MRNJ) today announced that its i-Mobilize subsidiary has signed a licensing deal with Infinity Entertainment Group (IEG) to distribute entertainment content for the revolutionary new iPad, as well as the iPhone, iTouch and other mobile applications.

In addition to releasing a broad range of titles from IEG's existing catalog -- including iconic classic film, television and music, much of it never before released on DVD or digitally -- all future releases from IEG will be released by i-Mobilize in conjunction with the DVD release date.
