I-many Further Expands Executive Team With New VP of Global Channel Business

Brian Sterrett Appointed VP of Global Channels and Partners to Expand Partner Ecosystem in Support of Company Growth

EDISON, NJ--(Marketwire - October 29, 2009) - I-many, Inc., the leading provider of Contract Lifecycle Management enterprise software and services, announced today its appointment of Brian Sterrett as Vice President of Global Channels and Partners. In this role, Sterrett is responsible for growing I-many's worldwide channel revenue and managing the company's strategic alliances.

Prior to joining I-many, Sterrett was Vice President, World-Wide Channels and Partners at Lawson Software, a global ERP software company in St. Paul, MN. During his tenure, Sterrett increased the scale and impact of the partner ecosystem and grew channel sales by over 100% each year as the company grew to $852 million in revenue in 2008. He also directed the firm's strategic alliance with IBM, led international expansion into high-growth markets including Russia, Brazil, and Mexico and served as General Manager for Latin America operations. Sterrett previously held senior management positions at SPSS Inc., Oracle Corp., and Accenture.
