I-trax/CHD Meridian Healthcare Continues Strong Growth

Now Operating Health Centers in 35 States

CHADDS FORD, PA--(Marketwire - September 20, 2007) - I-trax, Inc. (AMEX: DMX), a health and productivity management company and the holding company of CHD Meridian Healthcare, LLC, announced that it has opened six new workplace-based health care centers since the end of the second quarter.

With the addition of the new locations, CHD Meridian operates 231 on-site healthcare centers and pharmacies for 105 clients and is now managing workplace health services in 35 states after opening a free-standing pharmacy in Rhode Island earlier this month.

"We have seen a considerable increase in our pipeline metrics during 2007 -- in both the number of opportunities and in the potential dollar volume per opportunity," said Frank A. Martin, chairman of I-trax. "We are also experiencing significant growth in the workplace primary care and pharmacy model."

In addition to the new sites that have opened, CHD Meridian Healthcare is actively engaged with new and existing clients to finalize contracts that will result in 32 new centers to be opened in the next 12 to 24 months. The company has recently had a number of new business "wins" including: a large multi-site engagement in the Midwest; new primary care and pharmacy centers for two existing clients in the Southeast; and a lift out for a company in the western United States. In its most recent win, the company was awarded a new primary care and pharmacy location that will be the largest to date for CHD Meridian Healthcare.

"Many of these recent wins are for integrated workplace primary care centers and pharmacies," Martin said. "Although the sales and implementation cycles for these transactions are longer, they typically provide higher revenue and margin per site," he added. "We believe that the investments that we have made in demonstrating the clinical effectiveness and the potential cost savings of integrating primary care and pharmacy at the workplace are fueling acceptance and growth of this model."
