iMANY Names Vice President of Global Sales

Jerry Schorn Hired to Lead Sales Organization

PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwire - August 26, 2010) - iMANY, the leading provider of contract performance solutions, announces the hiring of Jerry Schorn to the position of Vice President of Global Sales. Schorn will lead the company's sales organization and provide strategic direction to iMANY's sales operations. He will play a leading role in managing and expanding iMANY's customer accounts as part of the company's growth objectives. Schorn will report to David Rode, Senior Vice President of Global Operations, and will be based in the company's headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Schorn brings more than18 years of experience in enterprise software sales and sales management to his new role. Prior to joining iMANY, Schorn was the North America Sales Leader at IBM where he was responsible for managing sales for the Optim brand, an enterprise data management solution. Having joined IBM through its acquisition of Princeton Softech, he played a key role in growing the Optim division to be one of the most successful acquisitions by IBM achieving their five-year sales plan in less than two years.
