iPerceptions Closes the Acquisition of the REPINDEX Technology

MONTREAL--(Marketwire - January 10, 2008) - iPerceptions (TSX-V: IPE), North America's leading online customer satisfaction research provider with the iPSI and webValidator® Continuous Listening Solutions, announced today that it has closed the deal with Repindex Ltd. as per the terms described in the press release dated November 19th, 2007. Repindex Ltd. transferred and assigned to iPerceptions, as the sole owner, all rights into proprietary technologies pertaining to open-ended text analysis (the "REPINDEX Technology") for the exclusive use in the field of Internet-based customer satisfaction and experience research (the "iPSI Field") on a perpetual royalty free basis. Repindex Ltd. retains sole ownership in and to the REPINDEX Technology to use and exploit outside of the iPSI Field.

The REPINDEX open ended text analysis technology allows for the output of description and measurement of the main concept clusters, positive and negative messages, sentiments, opinions, participant roles, and time orientation detected in verbatim feedback. The process quantifies the messages in text flows and will give iPerceptions' clients systematic qualitative information on which to base decisions.
