iTeknik's Subsidiary, Send Global, Signs Contract With Ericsson Inc. for IPX Service

COMMERCE, MI--(Marketwire - November 15, 2007) - iTeknik Holding Corporation (PINKSHEETS: ITKH), a leading provider of innovative worldwide communication services, announced today it has signed a contract with Ericsson Inc., a global leader in the telecom industry, for its IPX Service. The IPX Service provided by Ericsson will allow users of the Send Global service to text a request to reload minutes onto their phone 24/7 through a proprietary short code -- "Add011 (or 233011 on the cell phone key pad)." This service will also be used to allow any cellular user to text the word "free" to "add011" and receive a free $3.00 account to try Send Global. Send Global Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of iTeknik.

The IPX solution provides a state-of-the-art payment service for internet content providers to sell and distribute their digital content over the mobile operator's networks using the existing billing relationship between subscriber and operator. Ericsson IPX focuses on mobile premium and non-premium connectivity via SMS, MMS, Web and WAP. As IPX coverage grows so does the reach of a content provider. Furthermore, IPX is a non-branded, white label service that is never visible to the consumers.

"To the best of our knowledge, Send Global is the only company of its kind to be able to offer this unbelievable, cutting-edge service to our customers worldwide," said Jeffrey Lauzon, CEO of TeleCents Communications, Inc. "The Internet Payment eXchange solution has proven to be very effective especially for consumers who are reluctant to enter a new billing relationship to pay for content. In addition, it's quick and easy to use."

Covering more than 360 million mobile subscribers around the world, the Ericsson Internet Payment eXchange (IPX) solution greatly simplifies the business model between content providers, mobile operators and consumers. Ericsson's IPX service facilitates the payment and distribution of mobile content while seamlessly interconnecting content providers and mobile operators. IPX handles the payments by making use of the existing financial relationship between operators and consumers.
