IACH Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire a Gold Mine

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - February 10, 2011) - INFORMATION ARCHITECTS CORP. (PINKSHEETS: IACH) signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a Joint Venture interest in a Gold Mine properties in Nevada and Arizona. The Mines represents IACH's aggressive strategy in acquiring precious metal producing properties. IACH expects to finalize the purchase agreement in the Joint Venture interests by the end of the February.
