IAHL Corporation Retains Special Corporate Counsel to Address Intentional Tortuous Business Interference Activity of Its Pending Acquisition of Thrush Aircraft

CAPE CORAL, FL--(Marketwire - March 5, 2008) - IAHL Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IAHL) today announced that it has retained special corporate counsel to address Intentional Tortuous Business Interference.

In the past several weeks the company has become aware of a concerted effort by certain individuals, media outlets and certain posters on public forums to engage in a attempt to slander and libel the company and its CEO.

The Company has engaged in a self imposed quiet period while it is working on closing its previously announced acquisition of Thrush Aircraft, it has now become apparently obvious that certain persons or organizations are intent on attempting to stop this transaction and that will not happen.

The Company and its CEO Mr. Peter Van Dyke has determined that in the best interest of its Shareholders and its contractual obligations, it will take an aggressive approach against those that are intent on trying to hurt or stop this acquisition.

"The Company is in the process of acquiring a major manufacturer of Ag Airplanes and its manufacturing plant, the key to this acquisition is the manufacturing facilities along with the potential of introducing new lines of Aircraft for different market segments along with the already established Thrush business. I, Mr. Peter Van Dyke will not allow any outside interference of this acquisition regardless of who is lobbing a campaign of slander or false rumors against this acquisition," said Mr. Peter Van Dyke President & CEO of IAHL Corporation.

Mr. Van Dyke also stated, "My attorneys will get to the bottom of this smear campaign and execute lawsuits against all parties that are involved."
