IBC Advanced Alloys Grants Incentive Stock Options


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 2, 2011) - IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IB)(PINK SHEETS:IAALF)(OTCQX:IAALF) ("IBC" or the "Company") has granted incentive stock options to directors and officers of the Company, as well as to senior management and certain key employees of IBC and its wholly owned operating subsidiaries, for the purchase of an aggregate of 1,625,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.23 each until August 30, 2016.

The options are being granted pursuant to the terms of the Company's 2010 amended stock option plan and are subject to TSX Venture Exchange policies and approval.
