IBC Life Sciences Announces Keynote Schedule for Next Generation Vaccines Conference

WESTBOROUGH, MA--(Marketwire - March 18, 2008) - IBC Life Sciences' Next Generation Vaccines conference will be held July 17-18, 2008 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD. This conference will educate professionals on latest advances within the vaccines industry and provide networking opportunities among colleagues. Four keynote presentations will be featured.

Sessions will cover new technologies, and strategies for researching, developing and producing next generation vaccines.

Two different perspectives within the industry will be given.

The Discovery and Development track will cover the latest developments in adjuvants and immunogenicity of vaccines, delivery technologies and novel vaccines that have been developed for cancer, autoimmune diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, and infectious diseases.

The Production and Process Development track includes sessions on solutions for maintaining cost-efficiency in vaccine production with use of disposables and automation, embryonic stem cells and substrates in vaccine production, and how to overcome challenges of scale-up and pilot production for large scale cell culture and clinical trials.
