CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - March 10, 2015) - Iberian Minerals Ltd., formerly Solid Resources Ltd. ("Company") (TSX VENTURE:IML)(OTCQB:SLDRF), announced today that Attilio (Tony) Spat passed away on March 5, 2015.
Tony first joined the Company in 1999 and served as Vice President of Mineral Exploration and later as a Director until his retirement a few years ago. Tony had a distinguished career as a mining engineer and senior exploration geologist worldwide.
Management of Iberian Minerals in Canada and Spain are deeply saddened to hear of Tony's passing. Tony's wealth of knowledge and expertise of the mining industry made an invaluable contribution to our company.
