Iberian Minerals Completes Shares for Debt Transaction


CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Nov. 26, 2014) - Iberian Minerals Ltd., formerly Solid Resources Ltd. ("Company") (TSX VENTURE:IML)(OTCQB:SLDRF) announces it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the previously announced shares for debt transaction. The Company has settled the outstanding indebtedness of $70,260.62 to arm's- length parties through the issuance of 800,000 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of 8.8 cents per common share. The common shares issued in connection with the debt settlement are subject to a four month hold period that expires on March 22, 2015.
