IC Places Enters Into On-Line Syndication Agreement With "The Weakly News" Starring Iliza Shlesinger -- Winner of NBC's Last Comic Standing

WINTER PARK, FL--(Marketwire - April 5, 2011) - IC Places, Inc. (OTCQB: ICPA) (PINKSHEETS: ICPA) -- Today, IC Places announced it has entered into a syndication agreement with Zylogic Media owners of theStream.tv to air its runaway hit weekly news show "The Weakly News" over the IC Places Network of 350 City Websites. The most recent episode will air on IC Places Thursday, April 7th.

The Weakly News is "Hard hitting facts that hold you after" -- an irreverent and hilarious look at the week's news delivered by comic genius and winner of Season 6 of NBC's Last Comic Standing Iliza Shlesinger. The show is balanced by co-host Alexis Archer and Internet Entrepreneur and Producer Brian Gramo.

"Our show has developed such an amazing grassroots following over the last few years. We're all so excited to share what we've been working on with more people. We can't wait to 'work the middle' on a larger scale with IC Places," said Iliza Shlesinger.

The show has built a strong following with its live version each week at www.theStream.tv. The show will air every Thursday on demand over the IC Places Network in its 350 City Websites www.icplaces.com. Previous episodes will also be available on demand.

"I discovered the show at theStream.tv and once I started watching it I was hooked," said Steven Samblis, President of IC Places, Inc. "Everything from the way it's shot to the way the hosts interact, to Iliza's unique perspective on the world mashed into a potato chip of a show... you know, one bite and you need more. I reached out to the producer and from there it all clicked. We agreed we had to work together to deliver the show to our audience."

"I was literally forced into this syndication deal by gun point. It wasn't even that big of a gun, which makes me mad. If I owned a firearm, I would have bought something like a .44 Magnum... or maybe a Smith & Wesson Model 29," said Brian Gramo, president of Zylogic Media.

Monitization

IC Places and TheStream.tv will share in advertising revenues from the show's views at www.icplaces.com as well as in-show product placement and advertising brought in by IC Places.

About Brian Gramo

Brian Gramo has been an avid gamer since the age of four, built his first computer at 13, and was the system administrator of a global, publicly traded sensor company before NJ bars could (legally) serve him.

After graduating from college, Brian left his corporate job to pursue his passion for technology and production, forming Semper Mental Productions. Managing an improv comedy show every Saturday night, he combined long form improvisation acts with live music selling out for over a year. Brian developed a dynamic, content management based website for the troupe, complete with message forums, remotely submitted articles, and streaming video as early as 2001 -- well before the word "blog" hit the main stream vernacular.

When time allows, Brian still accepts interesting outside projects for clients like FedEx, The Washington Post, Slate Magazine, and various independent features. Mr. Gramo continues to play video games, collect computer parts, and develop TV shows.
