As part of the launch program will pay members up to $2 an hour just for turning on their webcams and chatting online, with the payout growing as the number of people in the chat room increases.

In another unique twist, lets bands, comedians, singers and other entertainers charge a per minute fee to members to watch their webcasts.

The service has already proven to be popular; in a one-month soft-launch beta test format PPM Technology Group signed up 2,000-3,000 registered users daily. An embedded payment system allows users to store funds on the site for use when they access paid content.
