Easy to use and configurable to meet the diverse needs of hiring managers, the iCIMS Mobile Hiring Manager App allows users to conveniently manage open jobs and process offer approvals while on the road or wrapped up with their other day-to-day operational activities. iCIMS designed the iCIMS Mobile Hiring Manager App to address one of most fundamental recruiting challenges -- the relationship between hiring managers and recruiters.

  • Mobile Candidate Review: The app presents hiring managers with candidate information for quick evaluation, including relevant information from the candidate's profile, resume, and any notes from the recruiter allowing the hiring manager to easily review candidates for open jobs.
  • "Thumbs Up" Feedback: Hiring managers can provide simple "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" feedback and a note to quickly give the recruiter a sense of how to proceed with that candidate.
  • Job and Offer Quick Approval: When a pending job or offer is displayed on the screen, the hiring manager can approve or reject it by selecting the appropriate button in the app.

iCIMS launches the iCIMS Mobile Hiring Manager App at the HR Technology Conference and Exposition in Chicago, IL on Oct. 4-7.
