ICN Reports Hog Ranch NI 43-101 Technical Report Completed

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 11, 2011) - ICN Resources ("ICN" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ICN) is pleased to report that it has SEDAR filed an updated National Instrument 43-101 technical report on its wholly owned Hog Ranch Project, located in northern Washoe County, Nevada. A copy of the report is available under the Company's SEDAR profile at www.sedar.com. The report summarizes results from the drill program the Company carried out in late 2009. While in general the results of the 2009 drill program were not optimum, the conclusions drawn from the drill program and the subsequent alteration studies suggest new target concepts to further explore at Hog Ranch. The fact that the Company has not yet been able to locate or acquire much of the missing historic data is a hindrance to fully understanding the potential of the property. Nonetheless, there has been progress in our geologic understanding and we plan to focus future work on testing new areas and different types of exploration targets.

The Company is in the process of acquiring and integrating additional historic drill hole data into the current Hog Ranch database. ICN has not been able to source a substantial amount of the historic drill hole and blast hole data for Hog Ranch and accordingly, ICN will design its planned 2011 exploration program to evaluate new targets. Additional geophysical work will be carried out initially, and exploration targets will be tested, based upon follow-up geologic and geochemical results.

About ICN Resources

ICN is primarily focused on exploration for volcanic-hosted precious metal deposits in western Nevada, emphasizing targets with geological similarities to Sleeper, Sandman, Hollister, Midas and Aurora in Nevada and El Peñon in Chile. ICN plans to explore for the high-grade feeder zones associated with large low-grade gold and silver systems, primarily in western Nevada, but is looking for other opportunities in established metallogenic belts elsewhere in the United States. The ICN management and geologic team have extensive experience in Nevada and will utilize this experience to generate prime opportunities for ICN shareholders.
