Kurt Facer, National Sales Manager, was named Manager of the Year for 2007 and Edwin Zecena, Swing Shift Supervisor, was named Employee of the Year for 2007.

The 2007 Top Managers

With an unrelenting passion for the business, Kurt is an outstanding employee. Kurt has significantly increased sales at his many retail accounts, including Costco and Sports Authority.

Travis Cox -- e-Commerce Manager

Responsible for the international arena, Travis is invaluable to the e-Commerce division. He's helped launch the UK, France and Canadian websites and is currently working on four more. Travis has dramatically increased online "affiliate marketing" sales and improved our natural search rankings.

Renaud has been instrumental in increasing revenue and reducing expenses in Europe. He is an enthusiastic leader and trusted by his customers, staff and management.

Jaremy Butler -- Lead Mechanical Engineer

Jaremy has been the consistent driving force behind our new line of Free Stride products. Without his engineering genius, common sense and persistence, these products would not have gone to production.

John Kenney -- Inventory Control Manager

John showed his leadership skills with moving ICON personnel and facilities during the closure of the Clearfield plant, saving significant dollars for the company.

Todd Slade -- Corporate Safety Director

Todd has done an outstanding job improving safety company-wide. Due in large part to his efforts, the company received a substantial premium refund from Workers Compensation Fund.

Nick Palmer -- UTS Manager

Nick has rejuvenated UTS contract sales domestically and is expanding internationally into Europe and Canada -- all of which increases the company's earning potential.

Eric Watterson -- Director of International Business Relations

Eric developed new business models in Mexico and Brazil, allowing him to overcome obstacles that, in the past, have stood in the way of ICON's growth into these countries.

Mark Thatcher -- e-Commerce Marketing Manager

Mark used his e-commerce expertise to save the company money being spent on an outside marketing agency, grow online sales and dramatically reduce average keyword cost.

Mark Powell -- Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mark has done an excellent job increasing the company's market share in Canada and implementing better ways to service customer needs.

The 2007 Top Employees

Edwin Zecena -- Swing Shift Supervisor

2007 Employee of the Year

Running an additional, part-time assembly line, along with his own full-time line, Edwin's new line began at a higher efficiency rate than any other line. Through his efforts, Edwin helped the company produce about $1.05 million in revenue in a just three months.

Tami Andersen -- Human Resource Supervisor

Always positive and hard-working, Tami completed a major overhaul of the production wage structure. Although a very complicated process, she completed this project on time and on budget.

Chad Hunter -- Saws Day Shift Supervisor

Chad fine-tuned the Saw department to focus on safety, quality and reduction in costs. Chad has often returned to work after hours to help solve Saw department problems, saving thousands of dollars in scrap prevention and production downtime.

Demonstrating his consistent skill and ingenuity, Paul has taken multiple projects from concept to release, demonstrating an extraordinary aptitude for independently completing projects.

Jo Ann Felsch -- Accounts Payable Clerk

In addition to her regular workload, Jo Ann was asked to take on the challenging assignment of foreign accounts payable. Soon after, she was diagnosed with cancer, started chemo and underwent several surgeries. Through it all, Jo Ann kept up with her work, stayed positive and was always on time -- even after coming straight from a radiation treatment.

Robert Alleman -- Mechanical Engineer

Robert was given the task of redesigning a bike for Costco. Through his efforts, costs were reduced by over 60%, production processes were greatly simplified and the parts vendor was well-handled -- producing a solid, high-quality product in less than six weeks.

Jon Petersen -- Samples Tech

Before two critical product presentations to retail customers, Jon stayed up all night to ensure each product was running smoothly and in grade-A condition, which translated into new sales for the company. Jon is energetic and radiates an infectious, can-do attitude.

Missy Fullmer -- Shipping and Receiving Supervisor
