U.S. Army Installation Selects ICOP In-Car Video Solution

LENEXA, KS--(Marketwire - October 1, 2009) - ICOP Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICOP), an industry-leading company engaged in advancing digital surveillance solutions, announced today that the 88th MP Detachment in Camp Zama, Japan, recently purchased ICOP Model 20/20®-W digital in-car video systems through Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN). ICOP DVMS is an approved software application for use on Army computer systems through the Army's Directorate of Information Management (DOIM).

"This sale marks the progress of our broader effort and collaboration with Raytheon to explore additional markets and expand the existing ICOP customer base," said Dave Owen, Chairman and CEO of ICOP. "The ICOP Model 20/20-W is an ideal solution for military installations where security and reliability are key factors, and ICOP was chosen because it meets the rigorous requirements for this military application."
