iCracked Advantage Fixes Broken Smartphones for $25 With Zero Downtime

New $7/Month Protection Plan Sends an iTech Right to Your Home or Office

REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwired - June 23, 2015) - According to iCracked 40 million smartphone screens will be broken in the next year. Today, the company announced iCracked Advantage, a new protection plan and membership program that gives smartphone owners peace of mind with fast, convenient repair in their home, at their office or their favorite coffee shop.

With a team of more than 2,500 certified iTechs in the US and Europe, iCracked provides a repair experience designed for convenience that eliminates the hassle and downtime of relinquishing your phone to your carrier, or going to a store where it's expensive and time consuming.

iCracked Advantage costs $7 a month and $25 every time you break your phone. An additional family plan protects up to five devices for $25 a month, or up to 10 devices for $45 a month. Members also get a variety of perks, including deep discounts on movie tickets and restaurants.

The Advantage application process is simple. Users can register online or through a local iTech and, after a 30-day approval process to protect against fraud, are granted access to discounted repair and perks. To order a repair members log into their iCracked account, select a repair time and place, and provide details about what needs to be repaired. iCracked automatically connects the member with a local iTech who shows up at the specified location and makes the repair for $25. Common repairs include fixing a cracked screen, a water damaged device, replacing a faulty battery, repairing the home button or repairing the charging port. Most Apple and Samsung mobile devices are supported.
