NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Sep 11, 2014) - iCrossing, a global digital marketing agency, promoted two executives to lead its client service and media practices. Current Chief Operating Officer (COO) Dave Johnson will take on the role of Chief Client Officer (CCO), where he will manage the agency's growing client roster, which includes Charles Schwab, PetSmart and the recently announced Belk account. Christine Bensen, svp, media, will lead iCrossing's media practice, which encompasses search marketing, digital video and display, media planning and buying, analytics and paid social media.

As CCO, Johnson is charged with overseeing the agency's client service and business development teams, supporting client satisfaction and driving growth across the portfolio. He will also continue to support international operations as COO.

"Dave has a proven track record working with clients and has been a key contributor to iCrossing's success," said Brian Powley, global president of iCrossing. "As our client roster and relationships expand, it is critical that we have someone with Dave's intelligence, character and dedication to excellence to lead our client teams."

As senior vice president of media, Bensen will direct the agency's media practice, which delivers a full-service digital media offering for clients such as DIRECTV, Pep Boys and Charles Schwab.
