Shoshana Winter has been named senior vice president strategy and planning in iCrossing's New York office, and Gary Stein has been appointed senior vice president, strategy and planning in the agency's San Francisco office.

Winter, a digital marketing veteran with 15 years of industry experience, will lead iCrossing's New York strategy and planning team, providing strategic oversight on key client accounts including the recently won LG Electronics business. Before joining iCrossing, she served as senior vice president/general manager, marketing at Audible.com, where she developed and implemented the company's brand and channel strategies.
Based in San Francisco, Stein will oversee iCrossing's West coast strategy and planning practice. He comes to iCrossing with 15 years of experience in marketing. Before iCrossing he was at Isobar, where he was vice president of strategy, working on accounts including Coca-Cola, adidas, and Dolby. Before Isobar, Stein was a senior advertising analyst with Jupiter Research (now part of Forrester Research), where he authored dozens of reports and provided strategic guidance to clients such as Microsoft, Google and P&G.
