ICTV Comments on Marketing Initiatives Recently Undertaken

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON--(Marketwire - July 10, 2008) - International Commercial Television, Inc. (OTCBB:ICTL) ("ICTV" or "The Company"), a premier consumer products company employing the strength of revenue-generating and compelling direct response television ("DRTV") "Fountain of Youth" products to the global consumer, is pleased to report the following:

Derma Wand - Infomercial

ICTV has recently produced a 2nd infomercial for its DermaWand product which has replaced the former version in the Company's US direct response marketing television campaign. The new infomercial has been entirely restructured with new selling propositions and enhanced TV production values, thereby creating a completely new "look" for the DermaWand consumer marketplace. A 45 day television media test was undertaken and confirmed management's expectations that the new show would significantly improve the performance over the initial DermaWand show. The new infomercial is now being broadcast weekly on major US national cable networks and in over 200 television broadcast markets.

Management is also pleased to report that as of the broadcast week ending May 30th 2008, the DermaWand infomercial ranked 15th on the Independent Monitoring Service ("IMS") indexed media tracking report. IMS charts the top 100 infomercials aired monthly and the top 25 on a weekly basis by monitoring and documenting more than 30,000 hours of programming every month. These ranking are based on total media cable airings, indexed by strength of media distribution outlets.

In addition, the new DermaWand infomercial has consistently ranked in the Jordan Whitney top 25 infomercials over the last 5 weeks, and reached a ranking of 15th for the week ending July 2nd, 2008. Jordan Whitney monitors media budgets for companies that utilize cable and broadcast direct response marketing television.

Derma Wand - Live Home Shopping

The DermaWand is currently in a live TV media rotation on one of largest US live home networks and to date received orders totaling over 60,000 units at "screen price" of 89.95 from the US television viewing consumer. With these substantial orders and dollar minute revenue generated ICTV has been advised by the live home shopping channel that it will be substantial increasing the live TV presentations for the DermaWand in both the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2008.

Derma Wand - Retail

With the increasing media spends and the significant brand awareness created for the US traditional retail consumer, ICTV has made a substantial investment in new packaging and product configuration on the expectation of a mass retail launch for 3rd and 4th quarter of 2008. Management is currently presenting to US retailers and expects that the DermaWand, when in full retail "rollout", will be available for purchase by the US consumer in over 15,000 retail outlets.

ICTV continues to undertake other significant marketing initiatives, such as new product introductions, international expansion, and US distribution channel expansion and will comment on these in subsequent news releases.
